Spent the weekend with friends and went for an awesome hike. What a difference it makes. Exercise is great. Not only do you get the wonderful endorphin that make you feel better, you get the benefit of the exercise itself. Win-win. I always like that. I hope that sharing my process allows some of you the comfort of knowing you are not alone. You are always welcome to share back. Grief is never easy. Alzheimer’s is never easy. Diabetes is never easy. Life shared is always easier.
